TURNAROUND
All orders are shipped within 72 hours.
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm.
ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES
The shipping cost is set at a flat rate of 20,000 LL per order. The shipping cost will be added to the price of the items that are added to your cart. (That is the total price of the items ordered +Shipping price)
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
REFUNDS
The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value, or with a credit slip holding the same amount of money.
This procedure should be done within 7 days from the purchase date.
EXCHANGES
